Rudy is the Director of Instruction at the Golf Performance Center at Laredo Country Club and Owner of RG Golf Instruction, LLC.
Rudy has worked as a golf professional at various golf clubs in the South Texas area since 1999. Competitive background includes receiving a scholarship to JUCO Division Cisco Junior College, successfully Monday Qualified for several professional events, and five years of touring professional experience.
Growing the game of golf is his passion and he is considered a major contributor to youth in his community. Rudy provides a rewarding and enjoyable year round golf learning experience for kids in South Texas. Rudy offers many programs through the Laredo Junior Golf Association, Boys & Girls Club of Laredo, local school districts, and family oriented events promoting golf.
In addition to his passion for youth coaching Rudy is an expert in developing adult beginners, teaching adults the art of scoring, and guiding collegiate and professional golfers reach their full potential. Rudy has worked with some of the best juniors, elite juniors, collegiate, and aspiring tour professionals in the country.
RG Golf Instruction is a versatile program with a proven track record of developing golfers of all ages and levels.
Rudy Gonzalez has been named to the US Kids Golf Top 50 Coaches list for 2013 & 2014. In 2015, Rudy was named to the US Kids Golf Master Instructor list.
